I bill $125 per hour. The first telephone session is free. If you have an extensive or long-term project, we can discuss a discount based on the number of hours you would like to commit.
The initial telephone or zoom consultation is free. For the next session, you can book time through the site with Calendly and pay using PayPal. If you would prefer another method of payment, we can discuss that in our initial call and make appropriate arrangements.
You're not alone! It's a common problem to be overwhelmed and not see a clear starting point. I will help you look at the big picture and your goals and then we will develop a step-by-step plan that is specific to your situation.
Yes. If you prefer to work together remotely, or you are physically far from the San Francisco Bay area, we can arrange a series of meetings over Zoom.
Hard to say. That depends on your commitment and fortitude, and how much time you can realistically set aside to work on this. It doesn't all have to be done at once. A good estimate is about three hours per room, but it can be more or less than that, and I'll only bill for time we actually spend.
There's no need for shame. Recognizing the need to change, and doing something about it, is very powerful. We all have things we do well and things we do poorly (or not at all), so why not hire expert help to train and support you just as you would if you wanted to learn tennis or computer coding?
A commitment to make changes, and to be present to make decisions. This kind of work can be frustrating, and sometimes slow going. So please bring along your sense of humor as well, and perhaps some support chocolate.
We will work together to identify the items that you would like to donate, or sell. There are many resources for those, as well as for junk removal, and some of them are captured here. If you want to handle these yourself, we'll put a plan together for you; if not, I will make the arrangements and bill at my hourly rate of $125.
